Morning Beach Yoga & Sea Swim

Service Description

Join me for our last beach event this year, for a morning experience of breathing in the refreshing sea air, hearing the calming waves, warming ourselves up with invigorating yoga & breathwork & feeling the exhilaration & increasing dopamine levels of a cold-water dip or swim in the ocean! If you don't fancy the swim, why not try dipping your toes or sitting back with a hot tea & watching us wild ones dive in!! Fresh fruit, herbal teas & granola bars provided (not homemade), but please do bring your own flask & hot water! Monthly starting from March 2024: Sat 30th March Sun 21st April Sun 12th May Sun 9th June Sun 7th July Sun 21st July Sun 11th Aug Sun 22nd Sept (Last one of the year!) Yoga, swim, teas & nibbles! £10.00 8-9:45am FREE parking will be at Salterns Car Park (free before 10am) There is toilet block & outdoor shower MEETING POINT: In front of the sailing club (at the back of the car park) YOGA: All abilities welcome but we will be moving alot to stay warm ! Please bring a mat - Yoga will either be on the beach depending on the tide or on the grassy area. SWIM: It is entirely optional to take a swim or a dip! Maybe you'd like to sit, relax & watch or even just dip your toes! WEATHER: If overly strong winds or rain, the event will be cancelled & either credit given for another session, or full refund given. Cancellation Policy
