Join me for an invigorating & soothing "Nordic bathing experience, combining ancient wisdom with progressive wellness through heat exposure, cold immersion, & connection" (Saltwater Saunas). LIMITED AVAILABILITY THE EXPERIENCE: We'll connect for a 40-minute ocean-view yoga flow on the beach with the morning sun, enjoy a full hour soaking up the sauna's heat as we watch the waves flowing, take optional dips or swims in the ocean & end with a warming herbal tea & chats. Hungry afterwards? How about takeaway breakfast from the Noisy Lobster Coffee Cabin? Or bring your own breakfast?! They also have a Deli & Bakery.
