Escape for the day with me as we emerge into the freshness & flourishing of very early Spring to focus on elements of our wellbeing.

Enjoy a morning of warming & energising mood-boosting yoga to shake off the cold & refresh your mind & body, followed by a 'How to Live in Alignment with Spring' workshop that provides guidance, knowledge & practices in breathwork, yoga postures, foods & lifestyle to feel your best during the Spring season! Then take to the great outdoors for a picturesque walk through countryside & quaint villages, or enjoy your own time to unwind with a book or simply relax! To complement our morning practice, we will focus on another aspect of our wellbeing: rest! Sink into the late afternoon with a deeply relaxing & restful yoga class to end a day of wellness just for you.

Delicious & nutritious lunch & snacks are provided, along with tea & coffee.

The Venue

Martyr Worthy is a small & quaint village in the English county of Hampshire & is located on the banks of the River Itchen to the northeast of the city of Winchester. The venue itself has served the local community for over 100 years & is among the small village with beautiful countryside & river walks on its doorstep. St Swithun’s Way, which forms the first stage of the Pilgrims Way long-distance path from Winchester to Canterbury, passes alongside the hall and the beautiful River Itchen is a short distance away down the lane.

The Food

A delicious & nutritious vegetarian lunch & spread will be provided along with sweet treats, tea & coffee. The food will be 'Spring-inspired' based on the Ayurvedic teachings of bringing in balance with the opposite qualities of the current season. Think warming & cleansing foods like grains & vegetables with a hint if spice, as well as fruits like berries, apples & pears.
