Service Description
Your 6 week private tuition course includes: *30 minutes initial phone or Zoom consultation prior to the first session *6 week programme tailored to your specific needs *6 x 90 minute private 1:1 yoga and wellness sessions *3 x pre-recorded yoga class videos of your choice to do in your own time with lifetime access (Varying from strengthening, energising, calming, restorative, bedtime Yoga, or meditation.) *Weekly mindful living planner *Yoga and Wellness hamper includes: Lavender eye pillow, ROWE Therapy essential Oil (Made in England), yoga block & strap. Travel beyond 10 miles may incur a mileage fee. Options to provide 1:1 course on Zoom. Please contact for further information
Cancellation Policy
All single class bookings are non-refundable. CLASS PASS MEMBERS: You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 24 hours prior to your session. After this, unfortunately no refunds or credit can be given. You can only reschedule once per class & must be within your allocated 8 weeks.
