Your 6 week private tuition course includes: *30 minutes initial phone or Zoom consultation prior to the first session *6 week programme tailored to your specific needs *6 x 90 minute private 1:1 yoga and wellness sessions *3 x pre-recorded yoga class videos of your choice to do in your own time with lifetime access (Varying from strengthening, energising, calming, restorative, bedtime Yoga, or meditation.) *Weekly mindful living planner *Yoga and Wellness hamper includes: Lavender eye pillow, ROWE Therapy essential Oil (Made in England), yoga block & strap. Travel beyond 10 miles may incur a mileage fee. Options to provide 1:1 course on Zoom. Please contact for further information
