Sunset Solstice Evening Retreat

Join me for a wonderful & unique experience celebrating the longest day of the year: the Summer Solstice, & International Yoga Day! 🤸‍♀️🧘‍♀️🕉🙏 Your Experience: I'll meet & greet you at Pump Court where you can place all your belongings or get changed. We'll pop over to the garden spa to delight in a little social amongst ourselves & spend time unwinding from the day, enjoying the views of St Catherines Hill whilst sipping on hot or cold drinks, grazing on a few nibbles, softening in the sauna, or perhaps taking a little dip in the cold-water plunge pods! We'll then set off on a walk to the top of St Catherine's Hill to enjoy a sunset yoga session, ending with what will hope to be a fabulous display of beauty in the skies as we sit to soak up the setting sun on such a significant day. We'll head back down the hill to Pump Court as day softens to night, with a deeply relaxing meditation & temple / head massage to end a wonderful & memorable evening. Friday 21st June 2024 18:30-22:30 Pump Court & Winchester Garden Spa, Garnier Road, Winchester, SO23 9QG Free parking onsite. Please note: Events & retreats are non-refundable, If torrential rain, the event will still go ahead using the indoor space & outdoor sauna space with cover. You can transfer your ticket to someone else if you can no longer go. The walk requires being able to walk up fairly steep parts of the hill with some uneven grounds.
