Your Experience:

I will meet & greet you at Pump Court where you can place all your belongings or get changed. We'll pop over to the garden spa to delight in a little social amongst ourselves & spend time unwinding from the day, enjoying the views of St Catherines Hill whilst sipping on hot or cold drinks, grazing on a few nibbles, softening in the sauna, or perhaps taking a little dip in the cold-water plunge pods! 

We'll then set off on a walk to the top of St Catherine's Hill to enjoy a sunset yoga session, ending with what will hope to be a fabulous display of beauty in the skies as we sit to soak up the setting sun on such a significant day. 

We'll head back down the hill to Pump Court as day softens to night, with a deeply relaxing meditation & temple / head massage to end a wonderful & memorable evening.
