• About Gem Yoga and Wellness

Gem Yoga and Wellness was founded in 2020 by Gemma Marrs to provide high-quality yoga instruction. Gemma Marrs trained with senior yoga teacher Laura Green of Laura Green Teacher Training Yoga School Ltd, and qualified in 2020 with a 200hr yoga teacher training qualification, accredited through Yoga Alliance Professionals.

You should avoid alcohol and drugs before practice. Also no heavy meals for two hours before workout. Keep yourself hydrated before during and after your yoga practice.

• Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are supplied with a voucher number and the amount/class number/course is recorded and accounted for. Gift vouchers are valid indefinitely with no expiry date. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for money, or part exchanged for money. Gift vouchers can be used in another individual's name, however, this must be arranged with Gem Yoga and Wellness prior to its use. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. If Gem Yoga and Wellness was to fold, fail, have forced closure, or become bankrupt, unused gift vouchers will not be refunded.
