Service Description

Friday mornings starting from Friday 17th May @ 10:00-11:00am ~ In-person Yoga Class (I am permanently taking over someone else's class due to the previous teacher moving abroad) Your 1 hour gentle flow yoga class to move & stretch out the body, to connect to your breath & mind, always with the option to pause when you need it, or to add more into your practice. Cancellation Policy

All single class bookings are non-refundable however, a class credit can be offered if arranged 24 hours prior. CLASS PASS MEMBERS: Our new system now allows you to cancel or reschedule your class up to 12 hours prior to the session. After this, unfortunately no refunds or credit can be given. You can only reschedule once per class & must be within your allocated 8 weeks. N.B. This policy does not apply to retreats, courses, events or workshops.
