****JANUARY 2024**** New 6-week course: ROOT TO RISE ~ Rooting from the foundations of Yoga to guide you in your rising journey. "All the flowers of all the tomorrows are in the seeds of today". Ideal for beginners or experienced yogi's looking to gain deeper knowledge & understanding of yoga, its roots, the postures, & movements & why we do them, & so much more. Grow your future self in 2024 by delving into the great wisdom of YOGA! The course has a mix of strength-based flows, energising & uplifting flows, & also the more calmer & relaxing ones! ***PLEASE NOTE: The 1st class on Jan 13th is at a slightly earlier time of 8:30am.*** Starts January 13th 2024 PRICE: £54 full course // £10 per single class (pay as you go) ADDRESS: 2nd Chandlers Ford Scout Hut, Ramalley Lane, Chandlers Ford, SO53 1JG (Wooden building opposite the woodland entrance)

Cancellation Policy

You are booking for a complete course. Unfortunately, if you miss a class or decide not to continue with the course, no refund will be given. You do have the option to attend on a different day, in a different location but this would depend on numbers in that class. Depending on circumstances, I would consider offering a credit note for future classes but this is at the discretion of Gem Yoga & Wellness.
