Ideal for beginners or experienced yogi's looking to gain deeper knowledge & understanding of yoga, its roots, the postures, & movements & why we do them, & so much more. Grow your future self in 2024 by delving into the great wisdom of YOGA! The course has a mix of strength-based flows, energising & uplifting flows, & also the more calmer & relaxing ones! Cancellation Policy

You are booking for a complete course. Unfortunately, if you miss a class or decide not to continue with the course, no refund will be given. You do have the option to attend on a different day, in a different location but this would depend on numbers in that class. Depending on circumstances, I would consider offering a credit note for future classes but this is at the discretion of Gem Yoga & Wellness.
